The guys crushed it... We spilled a growler of beer under the rear passenger seat, which left a nice yeasty smell in our new Audi. Not only did they shampoo out the smell, they polished the car up so nicely that it looks better than it did when we drove it off the dealer’s lot! Very happy customer here. There was a bit of mix up on the start time, but not a major issue. Them coming to us vs. us going to a detail center was a HUGE benefit, too! Highly recommend their service.
